Tom Seaman will be providing a life coaching session online for attendees of the Toronto Support Group. Tom is a chronic pain and dystonia awareness advocate. As a dystonia patient himself, his perspective is first-hand. He is also the author of Diagnosis Dystonia: Navigating the Journey. His book is a comprehensive resource for anyone living with dystonia. His book offers invaluable advice about treatment options, strategies for healthy living, coping strategies, and practical information about how to productively deal with a dystonia diagnosis through lifestyle changes.
