CERVICAL DYSTONIA & UPPER LIMB SPASTICITY PATIENTS NEEDED
Leger, an independent market research agency, would like to invite adult patients diagnosed with CERVICAL DYSTONIA* or UPPER LIMB SPASTICITY** to participate in an online survey.
This survey will help us understand the impact your condition has on your life, as well as treatment challenges and unmet needs.
We are interested in the experiences and views of men and women who are currently being treated, or who have recently been treated, with BOTULINUM TOXIN injections for their condition.
All of the information you provide is kept strictly confidential and used for market research purposes only. Your personal information will not be disclosed or used for any other purposes.
